"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Al was fantastic. He constantly updated me on the status and completed the repairs in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend AK Home Repair for any appliance service. Thank you!"

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"They had a cancellation ans called to see if they could come early. They looked ate our washer and didn't try to push us toward a repair knowing that it would be more costly than replacing the washer. We loved the honesty."

"Great service and very professional and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, every time for a few visits to repair a broken ice maker. Only thing questionable was when paying them, there was no actual paperwork for the parts I purchased or the labor. I received an electronic receipt via email. It was almost a bit too streamlined. I wanted more details about what I paid for. Regardless, I highly recommend and would use them again for appliance repairs."

"Contacted the company on one of the hot days of this summer, scheduling was easy and they made appointment the next morning. The crew was very professional and took their time to explain the issue and the way how the repair was competed. Great experience and will hire again."

"It was quite good, they were courteous, they were on time, they explained all the repairs to me, showed pictures of the item needing replaced and I would certainly use them again. The repair persons name was Justin which I believe was the owner."

"There was a little problem getting my oven repaired but the repair man came back until it was fixed. I was very happy with the service. He was very polite and friendly. I would hire OnPoint again to repair any other appliance repair in the future."
