He also kept us up-to-date on any additional cost and would explain the price change. The crew did a wonderful job with the stucco repairs and our exterior improved vastly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks.
