They possess an excellent work ethic: they arrived on time, were well organized and focused, had specific task objectives for each day, reviewed work plans with us at the start of each day as well as work completed at the end of the day, and exceptional clean up before leaving each day. There were just a couple of small unforeseen snags during the project, but Scott, Winston, and CJ were quick to respond and take care of the issues. The only suggestion I have is that they do a little better on the cleanup (my husband and I each did some picking up of small pieces of waste material outside where they stored and cut the tile)."
