I would definitely hire them again. If you are looking for roof repairs, recoating, or replacement, I highly recommend you contact the professionals at West Coast Roofing. The physical work went very well. West Coast Roofing announces on their website a 10% discount for new customers. This is allegedly included in the estimate but only as a kind of footnote at the very end of the estimate. "Daniel V. came out to check out our air conditioner in preparation for the upcoming Tucson heat.  We scheduled the appointment and he was right on time.   
Daniel was very friendly and personable. He did his checks and washed the coils off up on the roof.  The air conditioner was fine and needed no repair.  Daniel suggested a surge protector and a few other possible upgrades.  We decided on the surge protector and he installed it.
We have been very happy with the attentive service and air conditioner that we purchased from Intelligent Design and would highly recommend them for a new air conditioner or repair in Tucson.
