"It's been raining in our kitchen for years.  We live in an older home with a clay french tile roof, and there aren't many companies in Louisville that work on those types of roofs. They came out, and when they started digging in my roof, they basically said it was a lot more expensive than it was, and so, I had them stopped working. I liked their price initially, but I disliked the fact that he came out and did an assessment; his assessment was not exactly accurate what he said the work was, and it turned out much more expensive than what he originally quoted. So, basically I fired him from the job. I did not end up paying for anything. I think they were pretty responsive and professional.  "
