"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. "Called after 530pm on Saturday night. Received call back in 5 minutes with attempt to trouble shoot. In did not fix the problem and technician was dispatch and arrived within 20 minutes. Greg upon arrived identified himself and immediately started servicing furnace. Diagnosed that furnace fan limit control switch was not functioning and needed to be replaced. I noted that he tested the switch 3 times before confirming. Being a part not on truck, Greg apologized for not being able to fix the furnace tonight. He ordered the part ,advising parts warehouse closed until Monday morning. He advised me to call office after 10AM Monday if I don’t hear from main office. Greg was professional and courteous throughout the service call explaining everything he performed. Arctic Air came highly recommend and I am looking forward to them complete the repair in coming days and I will be scheduling yearly tune up for my 2 air conditioning units this spring and all my furnace needs in the future"

"Gold Medal really helped out after our sewer line backed up into our basement. The other pros all wanted us to pay for a camera view first for several hundred. Then the actual cleaning of the line was $500 and up depending on the results of the camera. Gold Medal had a fixed price for cleaning out a sewer line. They came and quickly diagnosed the problem and cleaned it out. Our technician Brett was awesome and even put us in touch with DryTech to assist cleaning up the water damage."

"The job that I requested was completed, well pump installation, at the price agreed upon. Unfortunately due to the age of the well, and systems in the house, additional work had to be completed. Although I did have to call another company to finish that work, Tom, the owner of Ben Franklin, worked with me on final price of his job, and we came to an agreement on final price of his work, which was fair. Tom was fair and the customer service deserves a mention. Although I did recommend this company, I do wish that I required Tom to personally view the job, as I did everything over the phone with him. If you decide to use this company, you should ask for a plumber, to view the job site, prior to accepting a bid, things probably would have went smoother if that had occurred."
