"We hired the company to install a kit and descale our hot water heater. Techs showed up and seemed angry at how much work had to be done and the fact they forgot to bring a descaling kit. Techs never responded to questions during the process nor did they go over the work that was done. It was uncomfortable to have them in our house. After we contacted the owner “Frank” about the experience he informed us his brother in law was on the job and he didn’t need to listen to anymore from us. He said he has been in business for 21 years and didn’t need our business. It was truly shocking and we would strongly encourage anyone and everyone to avoid this company."

"Air conditioner unit from hell. Installed last August and the only way to turn it off is at the breaker. It is not a thermostat issue as that have been change twice . Tech?s have been here many times and can?t fix it. Have been dealing with this issue for six months now. It failed inspection with the township. "

As a customer enrolled in your Unlimited Service Plan, I expect timely communication, reliability, and a basic level of professionalism. Unfortunately, today?s experience fell well below those expectations. The service provided was inadequate, and the lack of follow-through and responsiveness was unacceptable?especially for a customer paying for a premium plan that is advertised as offering priority care and peace of mind. Being on the Unlimited Plan was a key factor in my decision to continue doing business with your company. Experiences like this call that decision into question.
