We did an exhaustive search for a reliable and highly recommended professional and we settled on Steven who did a masterful job not only bringing our current system up to spec but enlarged the coverage area just as we imagined. Steven is the consummate professional who really knows his business. The best part, he's extremely reliable and honest. When we needed to iron out some issues post installation Steven would come by promptly and take his time fixing everything and even doing extra work to bring the sprinklers up to his expectations. "Bob Jacques was amazing, a super personable and honest guy. I would recommend him to anyone! He came with a co-worker and they did a fantastic job. I had a multitude of things wrong with my front and backyard lawns. His co-worker Jose was in the front laying out a filler section grass. Bob was in the backyard adjusting the water flow of the sprinkler heads, and changing each one as needed, he did the same for the front yard. He also told me that fescue grass likes to grow tall and I’ll scalp it if I go too short. So he went out of his way to adjust my lawnmower higher so when I cut the grass it’s higher. He also told me to mix ammonium sulfate with a regular fertilizer half and half mixture with nitrate. He was a very knowledgeable guy, and super affordable. He’s an honest guy!"

From the beginning of the project with Designer consultation Noa we had planned this project with a lot of details so before they started they already knew how and when and where everything should be! The results talking on it’s own please see attached pictures it help me a lot before I decided to proceed with Geico Builders. I have to say these guys are definition of professional company Mila is excellent project manager, with a lot of knowledge and ideas. Our Supervisor Delmar is amazing came out with an ideas we would never thought of. The Crew is clean and organized every day, pavers which is hardscaping were installed with seamless almost invisible detailing. Besides all of it they are great people to work. "Carols Ibarra Landscaping was able to install a new irrigation control system that my previous landscapers could not figure out how to connect the new system. Carlos also was able to troubleshoot and figure out why 8 of newly plants shrubs planted by the prior landscaper all died. He treated the soil, dug larger holes for the roots, added more drip lines before planting the new shrubs. Carlos was able to set up the Smart Rachio controller system with zones for the new valves to water the plants appropriately. Carlos' crew works very hard and they can get busy but if you are patient for them to arrive, it is worth the wait!"

We talked about possibilities, she suggested that I look at a garden design website for ideas and contact her again. We talked about a water feature, vegetable garden, rock & walls. 05/10/2016 @ 2:04-2:07pm: Spoke with Lynette, she is scheduled for estimate on 05/11 @ 11am. 05/04/2016 @ 2:12-2:16pm: Responded to Angie's List advertisement, called & and spoke with Susan scheduled a consultation with Linette on May 11 @ 11am. We did not use this vendor for our project."
