"It was good, not great. Whatever there hour was they came a little late and left a little early and did not get to a spot in the back, that is what I noticed. There were a couple of things I asked them to do and although they were minor, they did not get to them. I got it and then they never got in touch with me. About two weeks later I got a hold of them and said why did you never call me back and they said oh we have this spot open. Aout 10 minutes left they went into their truck and sat there and were in there 5 or 10 mintues before they left. They were very nice, 2 of them, asked what I wanted done and did them but didn't do a few things I wanted done. They did come and tell me they were going to leave. Definitely a good price."

"Sandia called shortly after I purchased the service. They gave me their first available appointment. My yard is large and the weeds were very healthy. I asked that the time be moved back and Sandia was very accommodating. On the day of the service, Sandia encountered a long line at the dump but they called and kept me informed as to the time of their arrival. "2 men showed up on time, were professional, and did a satisfactory job except for the hallway cabinet repair. My house is 50 years old and the cabinet doors are original.  The doors wouldn't close all the way because I had removed them, painted them, and put them back up so they needed to be planared or shaved a bit on the edges where the 2 doors met to get them to close. They removed too much wood and I now have an uneven 1/4 inch gap from top to bottom. It doesn't look properly finished and will now have to get new doors custom fit to have it look right.  Also, since I had no caulking in the color needed, I paid them to get some.  I didn't have a problem paying for it, but they when they left they took the caulking with them.
