"Gary spent about 2 hours with us.  Wow!  As a builder, Gary really knows what is possible and he was very enlightening.  Possibilities opened up to us that we had never imagined.  We arrived at very general cost ranges for the type of things we were thinking about so we had an idea of the total cost we might be facing.  Gary explained his process - he would arrange for various contractors to come with him at a time in the following week to meet us as a group and discuss the work desired.  Then these contractors would develop estimates for Gary and he would assemble the package and act as our General Contractor for all the work.   <br /> I absolutely have 100% confidence that Gary and his team of contractors could do all that we specified at a cost that would not later surprise us. <br /> We decided to take one last look at real estate available on the market to see if we could obtain some of the things we desired in a different development.   Well, we found my wife's dream house so we called Gary and cancelled the meeting with him and the contractors.  He was very gracious and I was very complementary of his role in our deliberations.  To his credit, one of his pieces of advice to us before leaving our house was, "You have to be happy in your house to consider to doing sizable renovations".  Good advice.  We decided that we would be happier in another house instead of trying to fix the one we had.  And we will not hesitate to call Gary with any changes that we might contemplate in the future! <br />"
