"Liberty Appliance Repair / Steven Trout was fantastic.!  My refrigerator went out just as the holiday weekend was starting.  Steven responded to my service call quickly and was able to provide me with "same day" service.  My refrigerator/freezer required an new electronic part that had to be ordered and Steven was able to do an "interim" fix that enabled my refrigerator to keep running through the holiday weekend.  The part arrived Monday morning and Steven had it installed before noon!

"Crystal's service was excellent and professional from beginning to end. I called her number on a Saturday about 12:00 pm when I discovered my washing machine was making grinding noises and would not drain on the rinse cycle. Crystal called back a few hours later to set up an appointment time. She worked around MY schedule and came out on Sunday (the next day!) because I work and I desperately needed my washer fixed ASAP. She did some trouble-shooting and found the issue. Unfortunately for me she needed to ordered the part and told me she would contact with information. She called me @ 8:15 on Monday morning to let me know that the part would be in on Tuesday. When the part was not delivered she called to advise me what happened and we set up an appointment for Wednesday @ 5:30 pm (once again around my work schedule). She was prompt and explained what she needed to do and showed me the defective part and the new part she needed to install. She is very neat and organized and I loved that she was a women trying to build her business! I would definitely recommend her and would definitely use her services again. A+ Crystal!!
