"DE Turner and Son put a new roof after a freak hail storm. We got a new roof with gutters on my home. David gave me a very detailed estimate of the work. He outlined options in a way that was easy to understand. For example he explained the cost of replacing what we had, vs upgrading. We went for the upgraded options of architectural shingles with a better wear rating. This wasn’t an up sale, this was David’s decades of knowledge on products on the market. The upgrades were only about an 8% increase for twice the roof. His team descended on my home, did excellent prep on the site, and stared the roof. When they were done, they walked me through the work, and left the site just as they found it. The old gutters were removed and new, upgraded one, installed the following week. Roof looks great, we are very happy."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"I signed the bathroom remodel contract on Jan 25, 2019. Today is Jul 18, 2019 and the work has not been completed. Everyone you work with is friendly, professional, polite, and well-meaning in responsiveness. Edgar’s quality of work is outstanding and my bathroom is beautiful without a doubt!! But now that the company’s been paid, I’ve been forgotten. My windows don’t have screens, so I can’t open them for fresh air without bugs coming in. I was told the screens were ordered in May which was my last contact with anyone. The contents for under my vanity have been stored in boxes because my shelves have not been installed. This is unacceptable! Mr. Khader Mughrabi, VP, called me after I signed the contract to thank me for my business. I want him to know it’s been almost six months and the work’s still not done. "i found rick, here on angies list. i sent him an email, he called back the next afternoon and gave me a "tenative quote" but would send someone out the next day for an estimate. a little bit later he called back, had some guys come by. they were missing some tool to do the job immediately, but said they would be back the next day. they came back the next day (late afternoon) and repaired my roof. i am very pleased with the price and honestly figured it would take much longer to get this fixed. i will def use rick again for some other stuff we need done.
