I had bought a deal previously through Angie's list and used them, so in spite of that, I hired them to come out and inspect my dryer, which was squeaking like crazy. So, only A is good here, that isn't accurate. There is excellent, and very very good. A is too big of an category. You need plus or minus, or numbers or something else. That is not really fair. When you are buying an car, its not always done right. They didn't honor an pledge, the manager left, or was fired. I don't know. I am still driving the car, but they didn't honor the pledge."
