"Charles Rhoden and his team were awesome. When he came to look at the work to be done, I couldn't believe my eyes when he put on something to cover up his clothes and he was into the crawl space in a matter of seconds, closely inspecting the foundation under 2 bathrooms. I believe it was primarily the sills that needed replacing under both bathrooms, as well as a number of other smaller things under the bathroom. There was one primary worker on my job & he was great. He showed up on time several days in a row, worked steadily and was very professional. The one day he couldn't be on the job, he let me know the day before that he had a doctor's appointment the next day. No problem. The work was completed on time, on budget and I was very happy with the work done.
I was getting ready to go to graduate school and had to move out of town.
My house had been converted into a duplex and there was a big area of the floor sagging right in the front entrance of the rental unit. I contacted Charles and he took care of things. Because I didn't have the money to have the job done as it should be done, Charles had a worker come over to stabilize the problem. He poured a concrete base that would support 2"x 6" supports that, with one end on the concrete, they went up and supported plywood. The sub-flooring had rotted out due to water damage. the plywood was placed directly under the sub-flooring / floor and the 2" x 6" supports were put in place on a solid concrete base and the other end was against the plywood. Charles CHARGED ME NOTHING, at all. I couldn't believe it. He said to just think of him the next time I needed any type of foundation work done again.
Charles Rhoden and his team were excellent. The work came in on time, on budget and was done right. What more could you ask for? And then, he charged me nothing for a smaller job, a temporary support that lasted a good 7 or 8 years, when I renovated the house and this part of the sub-flooring was fixed.

"Really, very helpful, guys! I met with them because our roof was starting to get old in the garage. So, I decided to replace them before they begin to have leaks. I contacted the hometown restoration team over the phone, and they showed responsiveness and interest to provide us with an excellent job. He promised to return in a week to give me a presentation and a quote after my initial consultation. I was blown away when Luis returned a week later! He offered a PowerPoint presentation and explained the full details of our roof, which needed to be fixed together with their roofing licensing. After presenting the whole process clearly, I got confident to work with them. I hired their service, and the price was cheaper than the other firms in the area. They are very professional and know how to keep roofs in good shape during storms or high winds. Highly recommended hometown restoration for a greater experience!"

They were punctual and professional, did the job thoroughly and even added complimentary services (free gutter cleaning and removal of branches of trees growing over the roof that would allow squirrels access). The price was fair and competitive. We had used Wildlife Evictors on our previous home and was so satisfied with the service and workmanship that we used them on our next home. They even include a transferrable warranty so if you sell your home, the warranty will cover the buyers for the remaining time on the warranty. You can renew the warranty for a very reasonable cost, as well. Shinya backs up his workmanship and is readily available for questions or concerns. "They were supposed to come on Thursday, but then they called me and told me that they were going to have to reschedule for Friday. on Friday one person showed up, looked at the roof, and said that it was a 2 man job, and they would have to reschedule again for Saturday or Monday. I waited through the weekend to hear from them, but no one has been in touch with me."
