"Trueteam gave me the lowest quote, and the gutters do look nice. The install team was late and did not call to let me know. Once on site, the installers were professional. Unfortunately, we had to have them back because the gutters were not draining correctly, one gutter was too short, and the leaf covers were poorly installed. We have now had the gutters for two years. The leaf filters have not worked well at all. The holes for the drains to the downspouts are small and clog easily. We have discovered other places where water is pooling in the gutters. I will need to hire another company to check the gutters on the 2nd story and probably replace the leaf covers. TrueTeam offers a reasonable price, but I would not recommend them. If you do hire them, check the work carefully. Be sure to run water through all the gutters to ensure they are angled correctly and that water does not pool. Hire a different company to install a different type of leaf cover and do it well."

"I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

"We have a 2 story house, attic spaces above both stories. David Burgess, the owner, responded to my Email enquiry quickly and was out within 2 days. His evaluation of our situation included taking pictures of the areas of concern to maximize our information. He gave us unlimited time to discuss options, varieties of insulation types, make his recommendations. Based upon his recommendations, his experience and obvious depth of knowledge, and a little research I did, we decided to go with him for the project. The solution was blown cellulose for attic floors, fiberglass batts for vertical knee walls, and sealing of all air spaces. The estimate document was thorough, the price was fair. David and his 2 workmen showed up on time, carefully prepared all areas for minimal dust and dirt impact. Throughout the 2/3 of a day his workmen were here David periodically showed up to check on progress. When the work was completed and clean up was done, David was immediately out here to inspect the completed project. We did a walk-through, again he had taken pictures, showed the completed work. Throughout the process everything was clear, up front, the work was done completely according to our agreement. David and his workmen were professional, prompt, very friendly, extremely helpful.
