"I got an estimate and accepted 10/07/2019. Roof was not leaking, but was 25 years old and needed to be replaced. Job started 1/31/2020. Roof is composite single and flat with white modified bitumen. Two 18" dormer vents were added to the single roof. Work was completed 2/7/2020. all trash and debris wa removed and area was left clean.I wa pleased with the result"

"Overall they were quick to respond, set up estimate, and once booked was able to perform work within a few days (after 72 hour contract signing). Francisco was very up front and honest. The two gentlemen that came to do the repair work were very nice and answered any questions I had. Couldn't asked for nicer people. Their customer service skills were top notch as well as the work they performed. My only reason for 4.5 stars was they were a little bit late but not drastically and I had to call the office to make sure they were still going to show up. Again once they showed up they got right to work and did a wonderful job. I've already given their name and number to a friend of mine for her to get an estimate on her house. If I need more work done or once I need a complete roof replacement, I will be calling them."

"We called Robert Noy Roofing for a leak we had. Everyone wanted to the-roof our house. After Robert checked out the roof, he gave us photos and explained why we didn?t need a new roof. We thought we were going to have to pay out about 20,000.00 but after Robert did the repair he saved us literally thousands of dollars. He also water tested the area to make sure it didn?t leak. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews. "Very good experience with Newhaus. They did a flat roof/sundeck (rebuilding) the entire surface and they replaced the damaged ceiling underneath in a guest bedroom. Peter and Menoua were always very responsive, very supportive and absolutely reliable. Very nice and hardworking crew both for the roof and the bedroom ceiling restoration. Thank you."
