"I called him on a late afternoon. He said he would be out first thing in the morning and he was prompt! He knew his job so well and he did a wonderful job. I asked if he charged a trip charge to come look at the door and he said no. He just simply want to fix doors and be reasonably priced. Everything was Mr. or Mrs. and he couldnâ t have been more polite. While he was working on the door we visited with him and he has quite a sense of humor and a down-home guy.
