"The initial call went great - and they very promptly came out to assess the work. I also found the pricing to be competitive and the was happy with the final product. The only reason why I didn't give "all a's" was due to communication and scheduling - I think this could've gone more smoothly; it was only a sticking point because we were coordinating other projects around the removal of the tree and stumps.
