"Fast response with investigation of old garage door opener issue. Agreed that we needed a new opener. They provided a quote and installed within 3 days. Removed old garage door opener and left area clean."

"Here is it the evening before New Years eve and we hear this incredibly loud bang to find out our garage door spring broke. We called several different companies and only 2 called us back. One was Garage Door 360. Not only did Noah call us back right after we reached out to the company, but he was at our house at 9am the very next day. He removed his shoes before entering out house and wore a mask the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the project very quickly. He installed 10,000 cycle springs and our garage door works perfectly now. I can confidently recommend this company for your garage door repairs."

"I called Alamo Garage Doors to fix my garage door, which had stopped working. The team arrived quickly, replaced the old, worn-out spring within minutes, and also inspected the cables and rollers. The service was professional and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs!"

"It is so refreshing to work with an old school type of company. Their website, while a little outdated, is very clear and gives great information on what could be wrong and how much it will cost. No coupons. No discounts. But that’s ok - cause their pricing is transparent. Rudy was great - such a nice young man. Articulate and efficient. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be my go to for any future garage door repairs. Note: I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but was so impressed with this company that I am taking the time to write this."

"Great Customer Service, very prompt, thorough and professional. Did a great job installing a new garage door. Literally with 48 hours of calling him. Thank you!!"

"The AG tech explained the problem, and what repair/s were needed. He spent time explaining the garage door parts and their functions. I felt he was competent in his field. That is why I hired this company for the repair work."

"Frank did a phenomenal job replacing our 3 garage doors and 3 openers. The installation was professional, clean, and thorough—no corners cut. Everything works perfectly and looks great. The price was very fair too. Highly recommend Frank for any garage door project!"
