"David is excellent! We hired him for an entire first floor renovation of our home (approx. 1,300 sq ft). He understood the vision we had for our home and made excellent recommendations that we never would have thought of. During the design phase, he pointed out ideas that would help save money but keep our vision in tack. He worked with our contractor and the township to make adjustments to the plans so everything would be up to code. He was very responsive and quick to respond to emails whenever we needed anything. She told me building a house might lead to building more and I can see why. It's immensely satisfying to design something and then see it come to life! We were told the drafting would be 3-5 weeks and we took every bit of 5 weeks because we really wanted to take our time in between each revision. I'm glad they didn't hurry us because as a family we did not agree on certain details quickly. Love our forever home and so glad we chose the right place for the design and drafting."

"CMP was responsive, easy to work with, and at a fair price.  My driveway is approximately 1200 sq feet and had drainage issues.  They removed the old driveway and installed the new driveway along with a drain system to ensure drainage to the street.  In addition they power washed my steps and front bricks and painted the railing.  Overall the front of my house went through an overhaul and looks a thousand times cleaner and more attractive.  CMP was easy to work with and responsive.  I found it easy to communicate with them via email.  They were responsive and found the time to get the work done despite poor weather.  I would definitely work with CMP in the future."
