Customers always telling me about my many talents and skills for making the small jobs easier. The big jobs you take the time with the customer being patient showing them the progress each day. Bryan Grubb began his construction career as a pre-title mechanic with DR Horton in 1998, preparing homes for homeowner occupancy by handling assorted renovations, repairs, & finish work on projects including The Grande developments in East Windsor & South Brunswick. Focusing on customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and affordable prices, Bryan now offers his construction expertise to customers throughout the NJ, NY, and PA area. "Bryan & his son visited our home and we discussed replacing the 2 gable vents on our two story colonial home. Within a weeks time, the estimate was emailed and the work was scheduled. The estimate was for two Azek vents I had ordered from Architectural Depot.com. Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service didn't have any objections to installing the product I purchased. The old vents were cheap plastic & too small for the attic fan I am planning to install later. George & Rubin arrived at our home promptly and didn't mind that I watched, learned & asked questions. They explained the process as they proceeded with the work. I was surprised that they didn't have to go into the attic at all to install the vents. George even accommodated my request to slightly modify the vents I purchased. It was more about the aesthetics and the finished look. George & Rubin did a fantastic job ! They were courteous & cleaned up all the debris afterwards. I'll be calling Bryan's again. A+"

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."

"Michael & Sons is highly rated for HVAC work, but beware of their other services. We had them come out on May 16th to fix a toilet issue caused by our toddler. Although the technician, Drew, managed to dislodge the item and reinstall the toilet, it was missing nuts and wobbled. After being asked to fix it twice, the issue seemed resolved—until August when we discovered a moldy, damaged ceiling due to a slow leak from the toilet. We called Michael & Sons to cover the repair costs, but they wanted to verify damage and sent a manager out. During the visit he informed us that the company refused, stating that since we didn’t immediately contact them for remediation, they wouldn’t cover the damage. It seems they expect us to know they also handle remediation and to have used their services for that too."
