We are a small company the consists of only three employees. We normally do all the work required on a jobsite unless a third party is required for other services we don't offer. We except most methods of billing procedures. Materials must me purchased by customer needed for the job. Customer will only be charged for labor or special materials mentioned in the job contract!

"6 months into the job we were almost $30,000 over budget. Promises were made and not kept. My existing driveway was damaged in 8 different areas. Jim Williams promised to repair them and never did. His concrete trucks broke the concrete driveway during initial concrete pour. The finish on the concrete was so bad that my flooring company spent an extra day and more $ just getting the floor level enough where they could install flooring. Almost one year into the build after contract was signed the sheetrock still had not been installed. I fired Jim Williams and finished the house myself. When I relieved him of his commitment , I said I would do so only if he would repair my driveway to my satisfaction. He signed this statement in front of his own notary. His word is worth no more than the piece of paper on which he made his promise. Thanks Jim Williams for a life lesson I will not soon forget!"
