Couldn't be happier.  Both crews (painting and floor installation) were very professional.  I love the interior paint.  We had deferred this project and the new paint and flooring really improved our investment.  Alex and George, crew chiefs, were excellent -- kept me informed and assured that we were satisfied with the end product.  Pricing was very reasonable and fair.  Mike and Erin in the office kept me updated on the projected time frames.

George identified that our floors were uneven and did the work to level them.  Now the squeak in the hallway is gone!

This is a quality company and I heartedly recommend them for any of your projects.  My only regret is that I didn't identify them earlier so that they could have done the rebuild on our stairs.  They did do the paint and stain.  The stair rebuild went okay, but would have simplified my life if I had had Silver Oaks do that work too.

Roof replacement is next on the list and I will be contacting Silver Oaks to do that work.

After some additions to the job, we agreed on a price that was thousands below other bids I had received a few years earlier. Long story short, he went above and beyond in every aspect of the the job. He was punctual, detail oriented, answered all my concerns, communicated well through out the project and finished on time within budget.
