"Dishonest company. At first we thought this was an honest company with respectable owners and employees. I am very sad to report how wrong we were. They recently came here for maintenance and said that we needed a part replaced for over $700. We refused the part because of the price (the owner of the house is on a fixed income), but they said we needed the part and we could pay later. As I was looking over the paperwork for my mom of all their past visits and supposed maintenance , I realized how much they had been ripping her off by charging her extra maintenance fees when she should?ve had free maintenance up until the year 2026 after a full system install and full duct replacement. Every time they come for a maintenance visit they suggest thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done. "

Unlike companies that simply vacuum vents, we address the entire duct system and air handler using a structured mechanical process designed to remove dust and debris. \nEvery job begins with careful work-area preparation. Floors and nearby surfaces are protected with plastic sheeting before registers are removed and cleaned. HEPA-filtered negative air equipment and agitation tools clean duct surfaces, and supply and return register boots are sealed with Foster 40/20 antimicrobial coating. \nOur standard service includes contact vacuum cleaning of the air handler, including the blower compartment and cabinet interior. Wet cleaning of the blower wheel, coil, and drain pan is available as an additional service when visibly needed. \nAfter cleaning, we apply an EPA-registered botanical disinfectant using a controlled mist method. "Wayne is very professional. He arrived on time. Was very efficient. And this company does more than the others. Others just clean the dryer vent exhaust. Ventsmart also cleans that area IN your dryer under the lint trap that you cannot get to without special tools. He cleans the vent stack from the inside AND outside.
