If we have the need, we will definitely be calling on you for any repairs. I wish that you had local resources available, (Clarksburg), but am more than pleased with the service work, and service men that did the work. It'll take 1/4 of the time to schedule, reschedule, and complete the project, and you won't have to deal with all the messes and damage they leave in their wake. While Keystone's sales team does a great job selling their leveling service, delivery and scheduling are abysmal. It takes months to schedule, followed by weeks of equipment failures and rescheduling. You'll also be cleaning up stains and messes left behind, reminding them of what has and hasn?t been done yet, as well as essential contracted items and processes that were skipped throughout. You can call and discuss the issues with the crew and management, but only if you can actually wade through all their random phone numbers and find someone willing to answer or return your calls. For tens of thousands of dollars, you expect a simple level of service, coordination, and professionalism that doesn't follow through from sales to crew. "

"He did excellent work and didn't charge when he first came out to check the condition of the kitchen faucet and fixed the garbage disposal for free. He also told us that we could replace our Delta faucet for free, under warranty, which we did and then he installed the new faucet. He also disposed of the old Tiolets."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
