"Serenity did a wonderful job on our full kitchen remodel... cabinets, ceilings, paint, countertops, floors, back splash, and new electrical. Steve was patient in laying out our design and reworking the plan to get just what we wanted and needed. Suggestions were offered, but Steve was not pushy and did not try to talk me out of things I knew I wanted (like the removal of our pantry). Although certain retail shops were recommended, we were given the option to shop at any store. The cabinets are made by Eicher Woodworking and are well built and beautiful. Various cabinet options are given when you meet at the cabinet shop. I was able to choose any Sherwin Williams paint color for the cabinets. I recommend having an idea of what you want because once the project gets moving decisions have to be made fairly quickly. We did not compare pricing with other companies, so I do not know how Serenity compares with others. As with any project, there were some "bumps', but the Serenity team took care of everything without any hesitation. I also added some additional work (a pocket door & new trim to a laundry room) during the project and Serenity fit it into their schedule. I was thankful for that. The guys showed up early to work and were always on time. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to use them again for a bathroom remodel in the future."

The only glitch was that a cabinet door that had to be replaced was delayed because a power outage affected the drying process in the cabinet maker's shop. The delay wasn't communicated for several weeks. We would use Best Cabinets again and have recommended them to others.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"Colvin agreed to install the new vanity, sink, medicine cabinet and sink faucet and cut the legs off the over-the-toilet cabinet and mount it on the wall in addition to installing the new shower and the exhaust fan which we purchased from Colving. The electrician Colvin had install the exhaust fan not only installed the fan, but vented it out through the roof which was a major plus. The over-the-toilet cabinet accidentally fell over during the project and the glass doors broke. Colvin replaced the cabinet with a better grade wall cabinet at no extra cost to us. Brad, the installer, started the project on a Thursday and had it completed by the following Wednesday. Brad was always punctual, conscientious and hardworking. I’m short and the shower head was just a little too high. When Guy Colvin came out for the final inspection, he lowered the shower head so I could easily reach it and said there was a bracket available that could be installed for use when I didn’t want to get my hair wet. We liked that idea. Guy said he would send Andy, another installer (who lives in Leo), out to install the bracket and put knobs on the wall cabinet for us. On the scheduled day, Andy arrived a few minutes before the time agreed on and had the shower bracket installed and the knobs put on the wall cabinet in short order. It may sound silly, but the shower bracket and cabinet knobs really made my day! Our entire experience with Colvin Kitchen & Bath was a very pleasant one, beginning with Josh Walters, the Sales Representative, right through Julie in the office to Randy Colvin, Brad, Guy Colvin and Andy. We highly recommend Colvin Kitchen & Bath to anyone who wants a bathroom remodeled."

"He used the best hardware in the cabinet that could be obtained which is what I wanted. His carpentry work on the shelves was exceptional. The only issue I had at all was that I thought I had contracted with him to do a staining, the inside and outside. He did not stain the inside but there may have been a miscommunication. I am not sure that I can fully blame him for that."

"<br /> The Job was started on April 2,2012 with an estimate of 5 days for completion. <br /> <br /> The worker arrived at approximately 11 am after picking up and loading all the supplies  in the Muncie Office. <br /> He worked until about 6 in the evening. his schedule after the first day was approximately 930am to 6-630 pm. <br /> <br /> The first day was mostly prep. covering the stove, microwave, chandelier,and refrigerator to protect. <br /> <br /> Most oft the work was performed by one  person, who was very conscientious and picky about how the job was done. <br /> <br /> Because of the size of the job, the time frame was extended by about a day and a half. <br /> <br /> While we lost the use of our kitchen for about a week,the final results were worth it. The finished product exceeded our expectations <br /> and the crown molding that was used made the cabinets stand out . <br /> <br /> While there were some bumps  along the way, the worker solved a couple of defects that had been in the kitchen since the home was built. <br /> <br /> He reviewed the activities of the day with us at the end of each day. If we found a problem overnight, we would review it with him the next morning ,and it was promptly corrected. <br /> <br /> The tradesman was conscientious and professional throughout the job <br /> <br /> I will ask this company to quote on future jobs, that i want done ."
