"Shane was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Since he is a one man team, he had to order the part and wait for it, but was right back over as soon as it came in. He had my dryer up and going within a half hour of getting here with the part. The charge was very reasonable and I will call him again for any future appliance repair needs."

"I wish I had used these people earlier. I ordered a part for my dryer and was able through their instructional video to fix it myself. Let me tell you I am "mechanically challenged" in just about every way. LOL I may have cut myself through my own stupidity but I did it. it was easy and I did not have to pay a repair man for a simple fix. Thank you so much!"

"With having both jobs (bathroom & kitchen) done back to back I was worried about it being hectic in our house.  It wasn't at all.  All the employees at Serenity were super helpful and reassuring.  The bathroom went quick and there were no issues.  It was stressful being without a kitchen during the remodel, but again, everyone was great about keeping me informed with where they were in the project.  After the job was completed all minor issues were addressed immediately."
