"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

"We are so pleased with the quality and responsiveness of their work. They used a thermal camera to identify that a nail was driven into the 3" PVC drain pipe from the upstairs toilet when new vinyl siding was installed. They quickly identified the exact location of the nail and made the repair quickly. Their fee was very reasonable and they presented themselves very professionally. We have been looking for a reliable and reasonably priced plumber for a long time and we have found one in Bryant Plumbing. We highly recommend them."

"It took about a week & half working partial days in order to allow cement, grout, etc to dry.properly. We now have a large tiled shower with seat and 3 grab bars for safety. Mr. Eads removed all plastic piping and replaced with copper. Roughed in the old shower area so I could have Closet Organizers put in shelves and upper and lower doors for a large closet. Was always neat and cleaned up after work. Very happy with work."
