He provided me with an estimate to replace my roof that was lower than anyone else's, using the same roofing material, full insurance coverage (for the company & workers) and he was easy to deal with. The crew showed up on time, when promised; cleanup was a continual process (no nails or scraps left laying around) and the job was completed without delay or need to call back. Shenandoah sub-contracted replacement of the gutters & downspouts. That, too, was completed satisfactorily & in a timely manner. Overall, what Shenandoah did for me was half again as much as I'd initially requested bids on, and cost me less than the other bids obtained for the roof alone. I'd recommend them anytime to anyone!!"

"I found A/C Home Improvements through Angie's list and my wife and I are glad we did! Tony and Terry was very professional and what impresses me the most is they stick by their word. Their work shows experience and will stand up with any contractors. They installed the floor, backsplash, a new microwave and under cabinet lighting as well as a ceiling light. We also re-faced our oak cabinets and it was sub-contracted out by Poff's Cabinetry in Martinsville VA and I highly recommend them as well!! We saved over half refacing the cabinets and they look brand new. Amazing work by both and will use them in the future for any kind of job we have!!"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

Mr. Howell professional, kind, courteous and a hard worker.  Have only used him to locate and repair roof leaks.  He knows his business better than anyone I have dealt with before.  He makes recommendations and offers good solutions.  He performs repair work in a way that minimized the need for new materials.  He and his crew clean up in such a way that if I'm not home, I would never even know they had been here save for a very small piece of shingle here or there.  They work hard and his price is always fair.
