"After talking to Eric and setting a date to have our gutters cleaned, he also sent me a couple of emails prior to the date of service, just as reminders. I thought this was a very good idea, especially for busy clients who might forget an appointment. Eric had us given an hour "window" for the time he would arrive and actually arrived 15 minutes early. Upon arrival, I briefly talked to Eric, and then he and another worker set up ladders and went to work. They used gas-powered blowers for the bulk of the cleaning, but then used a hose to finish cleaning the gutters and make sure the downspouts were clear. I would consider our house moderate sized, with the gutters on one end being about 20' high, and the guys were finished in about half an hour. I was very pleased with his courtesy, punctuality, and professionalism. I thought the price was reasonable. I would certainly recommend Eric and would not hesitate to use his company again."

We had roaches off and on for many months, despite a good cleaning regime etc., and eventually realized other units in our shared building had the same issues. Mica quickly and precisely diagnosed the source of the issue, was real with us about time and possible costs, worked with us in coordinating multiple units, patiently answered all questions, and in the end helped my neighbors and I deal with this extremely persistent issue in a relatively short time frame. He approached treatment with a lot of care and thought, in particular listening and adjusting for our concerns re: safety of our young toddler. This was a big one for us! Plunkett’s was a bit more expensive than some other pest control companies we looked at, but neighbors had already tried multiple other services and it never got rid of the issue. In the end, it was probably cheaper than multiple ineffective treatments, but more importantly we haven’t seen a roach in several months."
