"My carpet install project was just one 10'x12' room, and I sourced the carpet padding and carpet from Home Depot. After researching online how difficult it is to install carpet well, I decided to source a professional. I submit a request for quote online at around 7PM on a Saturday evening, and Jody reached out to me within minutes to schedule an appointment next-day on Sunday at 10am. The install crew was incredibly punctual - I received a knock at my door at exactly the 10am start time. They had the carpet padding installed in less than 30 minutes. We discovered during carpet installation that the carpet I received from Home Depot was not cut to proper length (turned out to be a mixture of a factory defect roll and bad consulting) so I discussed options with Potteiger. They were able to source a higher quality carpet for a comparable price. Incredibly, they were out the next day on Monday morning with the new better carpet and finished the install promptly. "Their work is superior. Together Garrett and his wife Deborah are perfectionist. I had some dog damage to one of my rental properties floors and needed it replaced. I had picked some material and asked Garrett about it. He did some research and let me know that he didn't think I would be satisfied with the materials. While doing research he found a great laminate material that has a triple moisture barrier. He let me know it would cost a little more but that it comes with a 30 year moisture warranty. He actually put a small piece of the material in a bucket of water for 2 hours and it didn't hurt the material in anyway. I have nothing but praise for this young couple. They do the work like you would do the work for yourself. I am extremely happy with their work. He also worked in another duplex I own where there had been a leak under the concrete from a water pipe in the kitchen. The plumber had to cut out a square of floor in the middle of the kitchen. The plumber cut the laminate flooring just perfectly but when he went to put it back it had shrunk a little. I spoke with Garrett and he said instead of replacing the entire floor he could repair it. So I ordered a small amount of the material and he spent time to make it look perfect. You can't even tell where the seam is and where the floor had been cut up. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are so very friendly and have great personalities and do amazing work."

We live in an old house and had several issues beyond the usual refinishing that could have easily been poorly executed, including patching an intake vent hole, adding quarter round molding where it was missing and most notably the over hang on our staircase.
