Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. Tyler showed genuine concern about keeping our costs low and we are very pleased with the great value and workmanship. They relocated the irrigation valve which was very close to the side of the house and installed a box in the ground to store the standard irrigation wire.They also poisoned a tree stump. He came out promptly and indicated that there were three panels of fencing that were solid and did not need to be replaced - gave me pricing to replace the 7 sections that were in need of replacement. Once the contract was signed, he and his helper removed the old fence and set new metal posts. The following day he installed the new redwood fencing which looks great. They did a great job of clean-up, were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them."
