"I had a major leak in the flat roof on the back addition on my home. Angelo, Guardian Roofing s owner, sent out his estimator on Tuesday and my roof was fixed by Saturday. He and his workers were very professional and safe...he wore a mask and kept a safe distance. I had someone else come and give an estimate and they didn t wear masks and did not try to socially distance while talking. I had a complete tear off with a new roof installed. Angelo took pictures of the work before, during and after. They did a fantastic job. Completely cleared all the debris from the job. I m extremely satisfied with the work and the price. He was easy to work with and communicated with a written quote of all the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend him!"

"I had storm damage on my roof that had caused my ceiling to collapse in places. After reviewing different companies I chose three and filled out online submissions for quotes. Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings. He took photographs and covered everything with me. The next day Tom sent me some of the photos saying it looked like a great opportunity for homeowners insurance to cover some of the damage. I had not even considered that. Tom walked me through the insurance claim and also dealing with the insurance company which was not always easy. In the end insurance covered practically everything. "This was out first experience with JB West Roofing. Our first contact was with Rachel Lange, she was professional and answered all of the questions we had regarding our damaged roof. Rachel was very knowledgeable about the entire roofing process, and in my opinion exactly the type of employee I would want contacting customers and representing my company. We decided to install the brand new Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle, which is wind rated for 130+ mph. Virgillio Martinez was our project manager during the install process, and his install team was exceptional. From the moment he arrived on site, he explained the entire process and his crew was amazing. One the first day the old roof was ripped off, and they cleaned the roof of all debris just like it was brand new sheathing. The install of the ice shield and synthetic underlayment was quick and exact, I can tell you this crew knew exactly what they were doing. The shingle install process was started on day one, and fully completed on day two. Even during this time frame they had to compete with a significant wind, but you could tell that they had been faced with this before and it was no problem. As far as the product, it has only been on our roof for less than a week but I can tell you that the roof looks great and the sealing strip on the shingles is very aggressive which provides for an amazing seal. Virgillio explained that this was probably one of the first roofs in Indiana that had the Owens Corning Duration Flex shingle installed, and he was impressed with the quality and flexibility of the shingles. JB West Roofing didnâ t pay me a dime to write this review, but I like to pass on to other potential customers my experiences, either good or bad when dealing with contractors. There are a lot of fly by night so called contractors out there that may sound like a good deal. I can tell you from personal experience JB West is not in that category, they are professional roofers that focus on customer service. If you want someone that keeps their word, know how to install a professional roof with an experienced team then I can absolutely recommend them."

We picked out the color of roof, provided samples to review for me and my wife. Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services.
