Like any good chef, Jonathan surveyed the situation as he listened to a description of my problem. Obviously, this was not the Chefà ¢à  à  s first time seeing a lake on the front door of a home. The van doors swung open like a kitchen pantry and an auger was set in place. After a few minutes, the Chef did not like the tone of his auger rummaging through the sewer pipe. While talking about Singapore street food, the Chef did not miss a beat as he quickly changed utensils. Now a slightly bigger auger was dancing down the sewer pipe. The talk of Singapore fine dining was interrupted by the sound of successful auger punch through. Yes, the job was finished and done right. But the most amazing thing the Chef did was make time to follow up on his work. Birds of a feather flock together. I would like to think The Chicago Sewer Experts company is ripe with skilled journeymen the caliber of Chef Jonathan. Employees who care about excellent workmanship with a sense of pride and humor. I am pleased to say that I've finally found a plumber that I would not only use again, but recommend. He asked multiple questions so that he could give me a real price, not a price that gets him in the door that he could then upcharge. Nathan was on time, he had booties for his feet. When I needed something additional, he told me and explained why without being condescending. He did great, neat work for a fair price and also did a great job on the clean up. "Great thanks Technicians TONY and TYLER! This service rang ALL the bells. They were very professional and pleasant. I Had them replace three shutoff valves under the sink which were frozen and had small leaks. I asked about cheaper fixes and they advised replacing the whole valves, which was actually what I preferred. They gave a price and it was exactly what I researched as being a good, reasonable price. They were quick and exact and tested all of the valves that they replaced (hot/cold/dishwasher). I have used them in the past and have also used other plumbing services. The other plumbing services that I have used were shoddy at best and not very professional. This service is just what the doctor ordered. I will definitely use this service again.
