"Eric was very professional.  He made the time to come out the same day I called although they have a very busy schedule.  Even though he knew what he was doing, there was one step I wanted him to make just to make me happy and he was more than willing to do that.  He made out the bill and left it with me and I was able to call his office and give my credit card info to Sherri in the office to pay for the call.  I was very pleased with the service I got.  He was only here less than 30 mins and their call out charge was only $45, then he only charged me $20 for his repair/labor charge.  I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs large appliance repair.  They have a christian attitude and I liked that a lot. <br />"
