"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."

He came out looked at our roof, he found a minor issue that he fixed and suggested we call him if we see any further leaks. He didn't charge me for the repair. "Lucio was the first call back I had for a leaking roof after a storm. I had previously put in a call to my long time roof repair company but they never called back, so I reached out hoping to get someone to return my inquiry. He had no problem scheduling our first assessment meeting during the weekend. I had one big issue after the job was completed which Lucio fixed as quickly as he could. He was always on time for our appointments and his team showed up an hour earlier than expected to get started on the job which was on a Saturday due to previous rainy weather. He did not hesitate to return my very upset call for the problem and came back that Sunday to correct. I would not hesitate to hire him again in the future and recommend him and his team for any roofing job you may have."

They did not bid the rolled portion and it took me two days to learn they do not do rolled. Because my house was in Midland, time was of the essence. Chris gave me a bid within a day and two days later they replaced both roofs plus repaired termite damage around the roof areas. Great job. Cleaned up and came back to replace the screens I had on the gutter. Would use them again in a flash if I were staying in the area."

Took time to explain everything I asked, which was a lot. He and his helper were very courteous and friendly. I was so impressed with his knowledge and demeanor I asked Mr Morgan to look at another area on my house that needed some repair. I will contact him again when I am ready to have it repaired."
