They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no.
