The crew were so efficient and the cleanup of our yard was so good would not know such extensive work had been completed. New roof looks so good. "Second time we've worked with Joyland on a full roof replacement - couldn't be more pleased! The process was handled professionally and with great communication. Ross began with an in-depth meeting to REALLY listen to what we wanted evaluated and our time constraints. He did a great job answering ALL our questions, examining our roof from the inside as well so there would be no surprises. He even identified chimney work for us to be aware of to get repaired. We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. Taylor in the office was very efficient with all billing and contacts. Another roofer wanted over 75% paid BEFORE any work was done - Joyland had very reasonable terms! MANY THANKS - great job!"

Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof. Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house. The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident."

"Poor installation quality, lack of follow up for warranty coverage. They sub out to local contracts with apparently no quality controls. Gunner put on a new roof, new siding, new front doors, and new gutters. Not one of those was done to complete satisfaction. They covered my dryer vent with Hardie board which could have caused a fire if I didn't smell the burning smell while I was doing laundry. My front 2 doors came in the wrong size after 8 weeks and they had to reorder which took another 8 weeks. Finally, the doors were installed improperly: surrounding trim too short, covered a gap under the step with flashing, and didn't align the doors properly. The flat roof part had to be redone 3 times and it still wasn't properly installed. The property manager at the time, who has since left, was very nice and gave me $1500 credit. I had 2 other roofers out since to look at the problem and both said the flashing was installed improperly and they have to pull off boards etc and this will co"

"I AM LIVID WITH THEIR SERVICE. My husband and I have been living in our home 4 years without a single issue with our cooling system. We had UGI come out to "service" our system and said everything looked great....2 months later something with our compressor blew...that was $400. Then this morning, less than 30 days later, we apparently needed a brand new thermostat.....another $400 and guess what? MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT COOLING DOWN. So I called and said how it is absolutely ridiculous that there is still an issue especially after charging us to "fix" the thermostat. I am obviously frustrated. I work from home, its hot and I am pregnant with 4 pets in my home that are distressed from the rising heat and their customer service agent has the audacity to be BEYOND RUDE and tell me "to have a better day" as if it was MY FAULT...ok. It is very odd that ever since they came to "service" our central air system they've had to come back THREE TIMES and the system STILL NOT WORK. BEWARE!"
