Seem to be very high quality units and a very good warranty. Friends and family have told me I paid way too much for the total package but I hope I can recoup the expense if I ever sell the house."

We called back and asked for a written estimate and explanation of what he was exactly going to do. He obliged. We receive the contract and signed it within 2 days. Paul's workers came on time that Friday. Within three hours, they had the old beam out and the new beam in. Everything went as planned. After the job was finished, the workers cleaned up the work area. It seemed like they were never there. We needed to replace some gutter guards on the gutter they took down to install the beam. Paul said he would install the ''no maintenance'' guards for us for about $100 extra. We agreed. Overall, we are really happy with the work they did. Paul and his workers are super friendly. We saved over $2000 going with Paul. We will definitely be using them again for future projects."

"I received an email about the purchase and to submit pictures of  my room. I then received an email back about things to buy for my room. I received nothing about furniture placement or colors, just that I could buy things to enhance my room. So  I thought it was a way for the provider to make a commission off the accessories. I did not use her again. So I lost out on $39.

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors.  What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.
