Once Richard's realized that that I was trying to contact them, Jim, the owner, immediately came out to review the problem. He was very friendly and apologetic for the miscommunication. He carefully examined the crack and checked the roof and determined that the roof was fine and did not cause the crack. He also refastened my gutters where loose and filled in a crack on the wood molding around the family room at no charge. I am now very pleased with Richard's roofing and will use them again."

"Matt's guys came out and pulled off the gutters and siding, replaced some rotten facia boards, corrected the flashing issues and a few other things that had been done incorrectly when the addition was originally built, and re-sloped the gutter so the water wouldn't sit by the house. They did what I thought would be a huge and expensive project it in just a few hours for less than the estimated price. They were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I recommend them for any roofing or construction work. they were very knowledgeable and efficient."
