Its president, Norm Bauman, began learning the business at his father�s knee, assisting his dad with alarm installation since age ten. In the early 1980�s, Norm also worked for other security companies across New York State, gathering knowledge and honing his techniques. "Responded right away. Made an appointment for the next day Technician showed up and said the remote receiver was bad and removed it. Light and fan worked for one day. Next day stopped working again. I contacted them again and got a terse message saying “ you need a new ceiling fan” and refused to come back. My son looked at it and tightened the wire nuts and it’s worked fine after that. So I wasted $100"
