Then last winter hit and in the spring the sealer which Brad applied was starting to flake off. Brad and crew resealed the entire project at no cost and said that he had got a BAD batch of sealer. Was not perfect but OK when he completed sealing. Then the winter of 2014/15 and when the snow finally melted the flaking is much worse than last year and to date this contractor has failed to respond to my e-mail and phone messages. When you check on his website the computer state he is not available and the website does NOT load. One of the sites I tried to contact him through says he is out of business.</p> <br />"
