"Despite the storm or 2017, this company scheduled us within a couple days of the consultation and even with the power outage and heat outage they completed the job within a week. I sold the house the day after they completed the work!!"

"I work with Lozier Environmental on an almost daily basis. The office staff is always quick to help answer any questions that may have. Lozier has a great reputation not only in the industry but in the community. I have never had any issues referring their services to others."

"Fred has been amazing. He removed a stain from a carpet that the previous company I used said would never come out. I am extremely sensitive to strong chemical smells and fragrances but I love the way the house smells after he cleans. The carpets and furniture look and smell clean. Fred has been extremely responsive and has done several emergency jobs. Fred is a really nice guy and is always very professional. When I needed help addressing a smoke issue in the house he recommended someone who has been equally as responsive and professional as he has been. I use Fred frequently, he is basically on speed dial, and I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs to have their carpets and upholstery cleaned."

"It's a challenge to repair drywall and an old home without a plum walls and framing, repairs from prior homeowners and contractors, and damage from water. The work completed is professional and exceeds expectations!"

"WOW! SO HAPPY I went with YAEGER!! From the initial phone call to the completion of the job I was informed of every step that would be taken, the cost, the time it would take, their guarantee, I was shown before and after pictures, given the opportunity to ask questions every step of the way and have them answered in a timely and understandable way. When I called I thought I had a small, isolated mold problem. Rob came in and did a thorough inspection of my home. I was shocked to find out how extensive the mold problem was through my home, and extremely concerned because of the health issues we had all been having in recent years that were getting worse. Rob was professional and reassurring. This information prompted many questions from me. He identified and explained the types of mold that he found, where he found them, what causes them, estimated the amount of time it had been there, explained what specific procedures they would do to remediate/kill/remove it and prevent future problems as well as guarantee his work. He also knew where to look for the source of the problem. Rob Yaeger was accommodating with scheduling the job, since we were all working from home due to Covid 19. He took into account my pets and disabled son when planning the project. I felt confident from the moment I met Rob Yaeger that I had placed the job in very competent hands and I didn't have to worry. He did EVERYTHING he said. His team of people were just as polite and pleasant as Rob was. They were respectful of us, our home, our time and took pride in the job they did. It wasn't a small job. They were in our home from morning till early evening. If I could rate them higher, I would. I have already been referring him to friends and I know they will be calling him. You can't put a price on peace of mind, but I can tell you, I was on two inhalers. I no longer am coughing all day and rarely use even 1 of them. My house is free and clear of all mold and "funny" smells that we could never figure out what they were or get rid of. My other son's health is improving as well! I would never wish anyone to have mold issues, but most of us do and don't even know it. I had no idea how common it is. If you want to be sure, get Rob Yaeger to do an inspection to be sure. You won't regret it. He is honest, reliable and the job will be done right. I would never use anyone else. BEST DECISION EVER!!"

"Rob was awesome! He came out quickly. We had a hard time finding anyone to come out for a small job but he gladly came and did a thorough job plus he even double checked that everything else was in good shape."

"Extremely well. They are great people and wouldn’t accept final payment unless we were completely satisfied. When doing the floors they even scheduled a pod and moved the furniture out and back in themselves."

"I have used Rapid Dry in the past and they did an awesome job. Jessie was very professional and a great guy. I will use them again come spring for more jobs."

"Leahe Development came out the next day after calling them to give me an estimate on fixing the water leak. Once over here they noticed the lose floor tile and mold on the pipes, which were also asbestos. They gave me a quote for fixing the water leak and gave me recommendations on the mold and floor tile. I then asked them if I should have them test the asbestos and mold. They stated that there was no need to test the mold as it was obviously visible. The same was stated about the asbestos pipe wrap but that if I wanted I could have it tested. The floor tile was a 9x9 and they stated that it and the glue that holds it down were probably asbestos as well and to confirm that they were they would take samples and have it tested if I wanted. They are licensed in Asbestos Testing and removal as well as licensed in Mold testing and removal and assessment. I told them to go ahead and test for the floor tile and glue. Results came back in two days and they gave me a quote to remove the floor tile, glue and the asbestos wrap on the pipes (which had mold on them). They gave me the estimate the very next day which I thought was very fast and I appreciated their timeliness. I checked around with two more asbestos companies to get a quote and one never showed up and the other ones price for the same work was almost twice that of Leahe Development. I hired Leahe Development to do the work and when they were done I was glad I hired them as they were there every day from the day they arrived until the job was done. They picked up the area every day before they left and left the area much cleaner then when they started. They had me back together in seven days from the day they started the job. The workers were very friendly and courteous. I was and am happy I hired Leahe Development and would definitely recommend them to others."

"

More than just a company name- Paul and his crew did truly exquisite work, at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be more satisfied.  Paul was a pleasure to work with – very professional and responsive.  Despite being extremely busy he routinely answered the phone and returned calls quickly. Paul is highly skilled at ceiling/drywall repair and Josh is an excellent painter.  They clearly take pride in their work and won’t accept anything less than their customers’ complete satisfaction.  While doing the repairs Paul noticed additional areas that needed work and did them at no extra charge. Even though I said I was completely satisfied when asked, I later noticed a small area of textured ceiling that could use another coat of paint to better match.  I called them back and they were out again in a few days to do it.  Paul is the kind of contractor you hope for but never actually expect to find!  I would trust them with any project. Thank you Paul and Josh!
