"Wonderful experience from start to finish. Ali assisted us with granite selection. We wanted a light leathered stone & he tracked down the perfect slab. He kept in contact with us until it arrived at the shop. We were wowed when we went to see it a week later. <br /> Scheduling an install day was changed due to cabinet install changes. NAS was very responsive to adjusting the date. Dave came to do the template and was a wealth of good advice. On the day of install Ali, Jeff & Mike were punctual, courteous and detail oriented. <br /> We elected to have the 15yr. sealer applied. Our counters are the jewel of the kitchen. "We had a great experience with this company. Everyone that we had contact with was professional and friendly. After talking with about 5 companies we felt the most comfortable with Walter and his team. When it came time to the job they were efficient. A huge plus when working with Imperial - they are an all in one company. They were able take care of demo, install of the counters and re-connection of the plumbing. We discovered that all of these services in one company is hard to come by so when we heard they do it all we were beyond excited. We will be using them for the tile back splash - but that hasn't happened as of this review."

"I just want to compliment Dave and his crew on a wonderful job. The craftsmanship is outstanding. <br /> I was pleased when I first got the very reasonable estimate and read great reviews from Angies List and Dorado Soapstone. <br /> This is a very, very old house and they needed to spend an extra day here, travelling from Rhode Island because the kitchen sink cabinet needed to be completely rebuilt to accommodate the heavy stone sink and the cabinets needed a little shoring up. <br /> Having had some very expensive extras with contractors before this, I was expecting a possible whammy...none came. I actually had to ask for the bill before they left. Dave explained every charge which came to less than $300.00, way, way less than I expected. <br /> I had a small issue with the sprayer leaking, Dave came right out and fixed it. He even went down cellar and turned off my <br /> outside spigot for me...good thing because it would have frozen in this weather. <br /> My counters are beautiful and I would hire these guys again in a minute! <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Rick did a beautiful job of installing floor to ceiling polished marble tiles and a travertine stone floor in our family bathroom. He demolished the old bathroom down to the studs, removed the old cast iron tub, and installed new concrete board on the walls. He also installed the new tub and plumbed in the new tub faucet. <br /> Rick is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional, always cleans up each day and is very punctual. He is very meticulous and his years of experience tiling really show in his work. All of the tiling is beautifully aligned around objects and corners etc., and he finishes off every small detail. He was always very receptive to our ideas about how we wanted the tiles installed. He thoughtfully advised us when our ideas were not quite going to work and he came up with some great alternatives. <br /> The end result is absolutely stunning and we are overjoyed with our new bathroom. <br />"

"Very personable staff , was very patient as we made our choices. The whole process was very well explained. They don't quote by square foot, they quote by the job. Once I provided rough measurements, they quoted me based on all the levels their products are segmented into. I could then walk the slab room and know what granites fit into my budget. All of the backsplash and edge options are also quoted at that time. It took about 4 weeks from order to install. Final price I paid was very comparable to big box stores with the added bonus of being able to see a large sample of the material. <br />"

"They did a fantastic job. They took pictures of the damage for our insurance company. They told us how they would go about cleaning and disinfecting the damage. They worked most of the night so that we could be operational in the morning. The rooms were very clean in the morning, the smell was gone, and their dehumidifiers and machines were drying out the damage. Jim came in to discuss the next steps. They referred us to a contractor who came to the center that morning and gave us an estimate right away. The contractor was fantastic also. They did a wonderful job. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. Our insurance company was happy that Jim used the same formula for calculating the damage that they use also."
