Jay was very receptive to my questions and provided explanations for the work he conducted; mainly to tightly seal some leaks that were causing noticeable drafts in this cold weather. My 2 new steps are sturdy and I am pleased with them. The seals around my doors are neat, clean and effective. Normal with new garage doors they replaced the door, the springs and the track. My only observation - the clean-up could have been better as there were pieces of debris missed.
