Requests to discuss significant concerns regarding our project went ignored and were only acknowledged after we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau & IL Atty General due to some of their practices. Lastly, know your rights to request a Sworn Statement (A document that lists the contractors and suppliers that provide material or labor to a construction project.
