"I purchased new granite countertops from Ultimate Stone through Angie's list 3 years ago and had them installed in my kitchen. To my shock and dismay, the granite has CRACKED clear through and chipped! I called and sent photos to Ultimate Stone for weeks before I got a call back. Finally, the company president made an appointment to visit my home on a specified date, with a 3-hour window, to look at the problem. I took time off work for this and waited the 3 hours, BUT HE DIDN'T SHOW UP and hasn't returned my follow-up calls, either. I don't know what to do. These granite countertops cost me a LOT. I paid quite a bit more than the original deal because I needed additional countertops made. I had planned to put up my home for sale in the near future, but I can't do this with a big crack in the kitchen counter like this. I dealt with both Ultimate Stone and Angie's List in good faith, and I'm afraid I cannot recommend either at this point."

"The purchase of my new kitchen cabinets and counter tops went great, sales rep Greg was very attentive to all questions I had, made adjustments as needed, pricing was good, and they are made right on the premise, they came out to measure, delivery time was great, thought it would take maybe 4-6 weeks, we got in 2 weeks, delivery was on time promised, we did our own install. Counter tops were ordered and delivered 6 days later, installers were GREAT, Rodrigo and partner were on time promised, very professional, friendly, quick, cleaned up after, would not even know they were there, except for my new counter tops. Greg, a master craftsman, was able to design and enlarge our powder room enough to accommodate a shower. This was a really tough job to do in our 100-year-old home. Once he designed and created the extra space, Greg completely rehabbed and remodeled the enlarged room, adding a shower, new commode, and vanity. It was an extremely complex job requiring plumbing, electrical, and ventilation work plus flooring, painting, and all sorts of carpentry magic. the result is a magnificent new bathroom that will allow us to stay in our cherished home for years to come; all thanks to Greg!"

"We dealt with linda on 4th floor in furniture. Was patient and knowledgeable. We had bought chairs in past with benson. Covid hampered delivery but we still received chairs from factory in reasonable time. Price was more than competition but customer service and quality prevailed. We are sitting (no pun intended) very comfortable in our new recliners. Please keep the flex steel line. We like so far. Warranty is cer reasonable."

"Bill was fantastic. I hired Bill to fix a job that someone else did. I remodeled my kitchen and Bill had to come in and rip out the marble backsplash, put in new drywall and put new marble up. He was extremely careful with my new granite countertops and cabinets and did a great job with the installation. His attention to detail was very good, as was the guy he had with him. Bill was very responsive from initial contact and immediately came out to bid the job. He was able to do the work later in the week and cleaned up well after he was done. I had multiple tile guys come to my house to bid this work and I'm very happy that I went with Bill. I would definitely recommend him for any tile work you need. He did great with my marble backsplash!"
