I saw Green Valley Roofing Siding & Windows online and I decided to email them about bids. From the very beginning I could tell customer service was a high priority for Green Valley. Maria answered my email the same afternoon and we got the ball rolling. We set an appointment and Scott came out and helped us through the process of picking shingles and siding. He didn’t rush us and answered any questions we had in a friendly and informed manner. We received the bids and got the roof scheduled. So far, so good! The roofing crew came out and did an excellent job and kept things cleaned up at the end of the day! Having a roof done can be intrusive, but they made it as painless as possible! Next we moved on to the siding, they kept things moving right along and it was barely intrusive for a major construction project. Both of the crews were friendly and any time we had questions they were more than willing to talk to us. Any other concerns or questions we had were taken care of by Maria or Scott and they would answer very quickly! My wife and I felt like they took care of us just as if we were members of their family, a very rare attitude in 2023! We couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish everyone working for Green Valley was top notch! The new roof and siding looks awesome! Then when they started on the chimney they found they would need to remove some of the roof to access everything which would be some additional cost. I agreed to this and they started the work but then there were delays and communication issues for over 2 months. Without being pushy at all (which I liked) Tony left me some paperwork on the company. I took a few days to make my decision and I have to say, I am so glad I had them do my roof. My shingles were delivered on a Friday. The crew was here on Monday morning at 7am and tore off the old roof and completely got the new roof on by 8pm. They were very particular about cleanup and even used a magnet to pick up any stray nails from the yard. I am extremely happy with their work and would use them again in a heartbeat but sure hope I don’t have to!! I highly recommend them. "On 12/6/13, I purchased gutter cleaning, roof debris removal and gutter tune-up (for which I had a coupon from Angie's list).  Promptly the very next day, Agape representatives came out to clean the gutters even though it was very cold out.  For a minimal fee, even though it was unplanned, they also replaced some shingles that had fallen off.   I was very, very pleased with their quick response and willingness to do extra work.  I will definitely use their services again.
