"I contacted Pro-Seal July 21, 2014 talked to Tammy , Joel's wife.  While we were out-of-town Joel came by to make the estimate.  The contract was drawn up by July 23rd at which time my husband requested that I get another estimate and he proceeded to google and check out the license of Pro-Seal.  My husband asked for references and Pro-Seal sent references.  I called Tammy to tell her that there was no record of a license.  The following day, July 24th a Certificate of Liability of Insurance was sent to us.  The contract was revised with the 10% discount for our being seniors, August 1st. August 5th a down payment of $1,100 was given to Joel in person.  The service was completed by August 6, 2014 and the balance was mailed to Joel and Tammy. <br /> All materials and workmanship are covered by a Standard one year warranty. <br />"

"They are actually a national firm.  I spent between $8000 and $10000.  They did the complete tear down and reshingle in one day.  They had 10 guys working here.  They worked hard.  They did it quickly.  There wasn't any inconvenience at all.  They got up there and did the work.  I don't know anybody else who does it in one day with the size of the roof that we have.  We've got a 4000 sqft house.  I was happy."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
