"Bill Taylor (owner) came out to give me an estimate for what I thought was going to be a roof repair on my *(not too old roof). Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy. A few of the crew members mentioned they were with Four Seasons over a decade (a sign of a good, stable business). I highly recommend Four Seasons Roofing. "The roof above our laundromat contained a long row of dryer exhaust penetrations, several plumbing vents, and an older make-up air unit. Lint accumulated around the exhaust area, and the existing membrane had become discolored and brittle near several of the hottest penetrations. Water entered around two exhaust curbs during heavy rain, but the number of overlapping patches made it difficult to identify one clean repair area. The remaining roof also showed open seams and compressed insulation along the maintenance path. The contractor evaluated the roof together with the exhaust-service company. Each vent was labeled so that active equipment would not be confused with abandoned components. The replacement proposal included temporary exhaust coordination, curb improvements, removal of unused penetrations, new insulation, a cover board, a compatible single-ply membrane, and walkway protection. Operating requirements were discussed before the installation schedule was finalized."

"We had a stain beside the bathroom ceiling that seemed to point toward the flat roof. The membrane around the air shaft had already been patched once, but the stain returned. During testing, water placed on the roof stayed outside, while water applied higher on the shaft wall appeared inside. The metal cap at the top of the shaft had separated at one corner, and several mortar joints directly beneath it were open. Rain was entering the wall, traveling through the masonry, and showing up near the roof line. The cap was repaired, the open joints were repointed, and the roof flashing was replaced where it had been disturbed by earlier patches. The work remained limited to one side of the shaft because the other elevations were dry and intact. A bathroom exhaust opening inside the shaft was covered during masonry cleaning. Instead of testing only the membrane again, the completed wall and cap were tested from top to bottom. That finally reproduced?and then eliminated"
